- Conscious breathing while walking: Count 6 steps inhalation, 6 steps exhalation and go on beautiful works practicing for as little as 3 minutes or as long as hours. Make your breath your own.
- The physiological sigh: Take a deep inhalation through the nose, STOP and take a little more in before exhaling slowly. Repeat at any time at any point of the day for 3-5 times.
- Breathing after training: End every training session with 5 minute breathworks to calm your nervous system and tap into recovery mode. Use the complete breath, mediation, nostril alternations, just do it.
