In today’s modern world anywhere you look you encounter diabetic people, unathletic bodies fat blobs with the posture of a marionette looking down on the hypnotising phone while sucking on a vaper and stuffing him self with processed food.
Save every person in your environment by instilling discipline in your life. What we do for ourselves we also do for the energetic field of the collective. We can change a persons thinking just by beaming confidence in ourselves earned by our daily actions and installed critical thinking and expansion of our consciousness.
When you walk into a room and attention is instantly attracted due to your physique men will respect you more and women will be more likely magnetised by your vibrating aura. You will age more gracefully and everything you do will come with more gravitation and magnitude. Not only inspiring and influencing those around you but also becoming strong to be useful for the people we love is a gransd vision and reason in my opinion.
There is no tricking your body into god like aesthetics neither ability. It’s not a a program, a meal or a quick fix. It’s about cultivating a lifestyle the enables you to do more of the things you love and are more healthy for you in progressively more quantities.

From the moment we received consciousness at every moment we stand on a crossroad of choice. It all boils down to whether the choise you make is ultimately gonna benefit the path to improve your life or remain on the repeat loop of yesterday. By changing an action today you change your future at that very moment. Delaying or procrastinating on exercise or improving your health by putting it off will never have you arrive anywhere you desire. I will start tomorrow is the biggest illusion and lie we can tell ourselves. Why ? Because tomorrow never arrives. Holding past experiences dictate or limit your present reality is harming no one other than you and those around you. There are people that need you living from the highest self and you will rob yourself and those in need from not taking ruthless responsibility for your health, body and mind.
