Chronological Time moves one way - your body does NOT have to follow it
Most people thinkĀ "oh that's just how it is when you get old"Ā - this is not true!
You can "get older" while still feeling great, and most of these tips are FREE.
Even if you feel old, changes and improvements can be made at any age.
It's not that we ONLY want to look young for purely aesthetics' sake, but we want to be the most optimal, energetic and high performance versions of ourselves to race after our goals, and the same choices also happen to make us look younger too.
Follow the below tips to allow your body to stay healthy and looking young:
GROUNDING:
- Aligning your body with the Earth's electrical field ensures that your blood cells are electrically charged in the correct way, enabling the smooth flow of blood and lymph through the body, decreasing inflammation and promoting health across the board.
- Swimming in natural water, and having your bare feet on natural surfaces accesses this connection.
- Grounding sheets also exist to ground you during sleep, or wrapping a copper wire around your toe and then putting the other side through your window into the dirt.
FRESH AIR:
- Our body requires fresh oxygen in order to detoxify carbon dioxide from the blood with the breath. The fresher the air is from outside means the more we are able to purge from the body, as well as dilute any chemical toxins that may be present in our environment.
- Open your windows at all times as much as is possible.
NATURE:
- Spending more time in connection with our natural environment is healing in every sense. When we are disconnected from the natural world, we age much faster.
- Our brains thrive when our visual field is taking in blue and green colors (bodies of water and forests). As often as possible, spend time among the plants and engaging with animals.
SELF MASSAGE:
- You can use your hands or other tools to massage every area of the body for a variety of purposes. To enhance flexibility by relaxing the fascia, to break up pockets of stagnant tissue, to move waste products from under the skin, to promote blood flow on areas like the scalp, to enhance lymph flow (lymph node massage), to heal scars - the power of touch has many applications.
- Your body is somewhat machinery, so move things around with your hands in order to get things working the best that they can.
SUNLIGHT/BLUE LIGHT:
- The giver of all life, the energy of the sun can revitalize even the most tired looking person. Absorbing more sunlight and acquiring a healthy tan is important for health overall and will have you looking younger - promoting blood flow, enhancing hormone production, stimulating the mind body and soul.
- The artificial blue light that comes from your phone, pc and fluorescent lights in offices contributes to skin aging and other health issues, so avoid it as much as possible.
SLEEPING:
- Sleep is when your body repairs and re-energizes. Waking up feeling like "a million bucks" should be how you feel every day.
- Here are rapid fire tips for improving your sleep:Ā Optimizing your circadian rhythm by viewing sunrise and sunset, sleeping at the same time every night, avoiding stimulants in the afternoon, not eating large meals before bed, keeping a cool room temperature during the night, using up your physical energy during the day, taping your mouth at night, minimize artificial light once the sun goes down, wearing blue light blocking glasses, drinking a natural sedative such as camomile tea.
STRETCHING/YOGA:
- Being stiff when you're old is only because you stop moving, and spend years sitting on the couch. Having a daily mobility routine and spending your days moving outdoors in natural ways (climbing, jumping, crawling, bending) will mean you can retain your mobile body into older age.
- Stretching/movement also has the added benefit of unlocking the muscles that control the spine, and when this spinal flow is unlocked and relaxed, energy can flow through the chakra system more easily, enhancing your life and body.
EATING RAW LIVER FOODS:
- If you have spent all your life only eating cooked or pasteurized foods, you have spent many years absorbing less than optimal nutrition of proteins, minerals, enzymes and more from effectively burning that food. Heat destroys nutrients and the life force of energy in foods, so eating a raw diet rich in foods like fruit, veggies, less cooked red meat are some of the most powerful ways to get the animal based nutrients your body needs to repair itself.
- Additionally, eating other raw living foods like fruit in all its uncooked forms (seasonal eating is best) or fermented foods to support your microbiome. When your body has this pure nutrition, it can repair the skin and tissues much more effectively, resulting in a more youthful appearance as well as improved energy and motivation.
SEMEN RETENTION:
- Specifically for the men, your life force, your sexual energy, your creative energy is depleted with each ejaculation. Now, in some cases like reproduction, this is a worthwhile tradeoff, but for most of the time, if you are just willy-nilly ejaculating then it is a waste of lifeforce - ESPECIALLY into older age. Consciously choosing and limiting the amount of times you ejaculate wil revitalize and energize you as you decrease that frequency.
HEAT AND BLOOD FLOW:
- The body repairs, heals itself and clears toxins through the movement of blood and lymph around the body. If the body is cold, blood vessels do not open up and bodily tissues are not saturated the way that they could be with nutrients and life force.
- If you are regularly exercising and sweating, moving blood to the outer extremities, this is a great practice. The sauna is a low impact way to open up the skin vessels and promote blood flow for this same aim.
- One of the most powerful anti-aging practices to consider are natural hot springs baths, if you have the capability to visit one. For those that can have a hot bath (with filtered water), try to do this a couple times per week with added minerals such as magnesium chloride.
HYDRATION AND MOISTURIZATION:
- For skin to look young it must be hydrated and have the nutrients to build fresh skin cell membranes, resulting in that plump youthful appearance. Eating raw uncooked fats give your body what it needs to create those health skin membranes. Hydrating is best when drinking liquids such as spring water with added minerals, fresh juices and raw milk.
- For moiturizing the external skin, rubbing raw bone marrow into the skin will create new stem cells and repair skin. If you can't find that, beef tallow works well as the nutrient profile is so close to human skin. You can place a humidifier in your home if you live in a naturally dry environment, this helps greatly to keep the skin and membranes moisturized.
TOXIN REMOVAL:
- Over time, toxins and chemicals accumulate in the body, causing damage to the skin and preventing optimal function, adding to stressors that age the body. Focusing on toxin elimination from your diet and home environment is the first step.
- Then, looking into various natural cleanses and detoxes for the various organs (dependent on your personal needs) is a process that will reap rewards in the long run. This can mean the use of herb, minerals or particular nutrients and physical practices. If you've gone years without this, it may take a while, but it is worth it to cleanse out the body as you will regain energy and vigor in your appearance.
DRUGS/ALCOHOL:
- On a similar note, the use of drugs and alcohol will age and deplete the body. If this is something you do regularly, consider a change of habits in order to prolong the health (and youth) of your bodily system.
DE-STRESS:
- The stress of our environment can cause us to age more quickly than just time itself. Whether it's a relationship, a career, a certain environment, or even just a mental perspective; negative stress is one of the ways to age the body. See wherever you can de-stress in your life.
- Take some time out to relax, or your body will eventually choose this time for you (through sickness or illness).
TELLING THE TRUTH:
- When we are unburdened by mental lies, we have more mental energy to dedicate to things that truly matter. When we live a life that is not in alignment with what we feel inside, the stress this causes is monumental. Telling the truth in every aspect of your life is integral to a youthful disposition and stress free life.
LIVE WITH LOVE
- Community is the most powerful force of all. Feeling connected to other people, be that your family or friends or otherwise, is one of the most powerful ways we can stay energized and feeling young. When we love others, we receive love back. On some level, having gratitude in general is a part of curating this feeling of love; an energy that will bring us back to a youthful and playful state.
PURPOSE:
- The most healing power of all is our connection to God, with time, practice and a devotion to a spritiual practice in service of others, one can access this energy that will course through you and innervate you immensely.
- There is no biohack that can override a feeling of hopelessness from living selfishly or without knowing our purpose. There is no biohack more energizing than when we do know our purpose. You are tapped into a different wavelength, riding an energy. This is not to say pursue this only for the energy it gives, I am merely describing an effect of this particular path.
When we make healthy habits a cornerstone of our lives, we can retain health, happiness and a youthful demeanor and appearance far longer into older ages than society would usually have us think.
