Before we learned how to walk we explored life and its space on the floor coordinating all fours. Today we think we are too good to get down to the ground and in return we lost the ability to get on and off the ground efficiently and effortlesly due to poor mobility, unacceptable coordination and weak extremities. Crawling is a secret limitless pill to gain back athletic coordination and supreme mobility and flexibility in a fun non linear and engaging approach. Locomotion is a closed kinetic chain system offering profoun strength and cardiovascular education. This practice will humble even the guys that think they are “strong”. Every move, every combination will result in a better mover overall as all patterns are installed and transfered to numerous circumstances in real life and lifes practice. Crawling / locomotion In the beginning you might practice isolated movements and later planned combination of previously learned patterns. I see every isolated move as “word” in a sentence and a “sentence” a combination of words. The more words the more expression is available to eventually arrive to the level of writing authentic “essays” in a matter of free writing. The same goes for movement and in this case locomotion. Words comes to you when you get in the flow state of writing which make you progressively more literate and able to express thoughts. The point of practicing movement is to become “ physically literate “
