Power is nothing without control. Every step you take when walking is a small moment of the art of balancing and organizing your bodily structure. Too many people in old age have atrophied their ability to organize and balance their body resulting in fatal falls or injuries from their inhability and lack of awareness. Balancing Too often i see fit and “athletic” people unable to stand on one leg when life asks for it which i find a shame and partially ignorance for what physical technology should be priortized and developed. The complexities of balance are an endless rabbit hole of fun, meditation and exploration. Can you balance and reamain on a rail for 60 seconds? What hapens when you are 3 meters high? where is your confidence in your mastered skill now ? Did you forget to breath? did you get distracted? did panic and fear overwin your earned ability?
Balance practice is a physical form of meditation with immediate feedback for when you got identified with thought as you simply will lose balance. A book it self could be written about the art of balance. Lead by practice, get informed through experience go out and explore
